Q: What was the role of music in the early years of your life?
Shit, where do I begin… From the windup box with a teddy bear on it that was played for me to go to sleep to Sade being played by my dad to… make me go to sleep lol. I sleep a lot lol
Q: Are you from a musical or artistic family?
To an extent. My dad used to mix a little bit and would edit music into home videos for friends and family. No real vocal artists or producers though.
Q: Who inspired you to be a part of the music industry?
I think it was just the feeling that creating gave to me. I started by playing the guitar but slowly got tired of being the only person in the band so I started making beats. Slowly after i started writing to those beats and here I am lol.
Q: How did you learn to sing/write/play?
Self taught on the guitar by learning how to read music. Self taught on making beats by mimicking others beats to learn what sounded nice together. Self taught on how to rap… so self taught lol

Since I taught myself I would say he was a dreamer. Remember, I sleep alot lol.

Q: What is the story behind your band/artist name?
I was first named Bones by the homies I grew up with for being both skinny but also leaving a recording session to have sex in the laundry room lol. King Cali Crypto came from living in Cali, Being a king, and making money in crypto.

Gangster underground music but not so gangster? Idk lol.Too hard for radio and too hot for TV.

I get drunk until I reach a part of me I couldn't access otherwise and just start writing. I also record drunk or under the influence.

Personal experience and other lyricsts.

The list is very long but I would say Eminem as my top favorite. A few honorable mentions are J.Cole, DMX and The Holdup.

A little bit of both. But it's all me on the record.I hope people can relate and also see between the thin line of reality vs creativity.

Boff. Sometimes I hate making music lol. Sometimes I irk myself when I hear myself. Just don't let me know. I have a fragile ego and couldn't take im not my own fan.

Very much so. I only recently found my voice. I think lol.

NO. I'm a firm believer to just create. If you look back you will end up like everyone else doing their own covers of old songs. Respect the past but create the now to lay brick for the future.

I haven't toured for a very long time and I won't unless I was promised serious money.
